Learn under the direct supervision of an experienced

in-house LNC,

working on REAL and current cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and more!

You will get direct experience in the following areas (as available):

·        Interviewing with attorneys

·        Researching medical and nursing issues

·        Researching Standards of Care

·        Researching possible expert witnesses

·        Organizing medical records

·        Developing medical chronologies

·        Writing medical summaries

·        Performing telephone interviews of potential new clients

·        Summarizing depositions

·        Verbal and/or written reports to attorneys

·        Assist in writing deposition questions

·        Attending depositions and trials

Interact with up to 10 attorneys a day

Candidate requirements include:

·        Current Florida license as Registered Nurse

·        At least 5 years clinical experience

·        Member of AALNC strongly encouraged

·        Active member of Greater Jacksonville chapter AALNC
